Sophia Elek

Sophia is one of our massage therapist. She trained with the Exeter School of Bodywork and has been helping clients experience the restorative benefits of therapeutic massage since 2023.

With a love of anatomy developed through years of yoga, movement and sport, Sophia takes a holistic approach to bodywork. Her treatments are fluid, grounded and deeply relaxing, helping to calm the nervous system, ease muscular tension and encourage you to feel more present, revitalised and connected with your body.

Sophia believes that connecting with people and supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. When she's not at TNHC, she enjoys exploring Devon's beautiful natural landscape.
