Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese form of body work. It works on meredian lines and is performed on a futon, over clothes. Shiatsu has a profound effect on calming the nervous system and helps to restore mind and body connection and improving wellbeing.

I draw on the models of Zen Shiatsu, Five Elemenets Theory and Traditional Chinease Medicine for diagnosis and tailoring the session to the clients needs.

My treatment styles tend to be yin, more supportive and gentle, as opposed to dynamic.  I enjoy creating a safe space for my clients and provide soothing and nurturing treatments.

I also offer Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions.
