Regina is our Shiatsu practitioner. She practises the traditional Japanese art of Shiatsu, offering gentle, nurturing treatments that help calm the nervous system, restore balance and encourage a deeper connection between mind and body.

Drawing on the principles of Zen Shiatsu, Five Element Theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Regina tailors every treatment to your individual needs. Her approach is gentle, supportive and deeply relaxing, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can unwind and restore their sense of wellbeing.

In addition to Shiatsu, Regina also offers Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing for those seeking a gentle, energy-based approach to wellbeing.
