Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is a gentle, practical method that helps you move more easily, improve posture, and reduce tension and discomfort in your body. Typically, we explore the ‘you’ that does what you ‘do’, be it sitting at a desk,walking, lifting, performing or simply breathing. This is usually in the form of information gathering, plus or minus subtle hands on guidance. As awareness grows, activities often become lighter and easier.
With a long background in physiotherapy and the performing arts, I bring a wide variety of professional experiences to our sessions.
