Anne Cockcroft
Anne practices Compassionate Inquiry (CI) a somatic psychotherapeutic approach developed by Gabor Mate, it is an embodied and relational practice that can reveal hidden beliefs and emotions. She also offers Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy (BCST) a gentle, yet powerful form of wholistic treatment that recognises and assists the connections between body, mind, and emotions. In the peaceful space created during a session these strands can become more fully integrated.
She has a wealth of meditation and mindfulness experience that underpins, supports, and influences her work as a therapist.
Get in touch if you would like a session of Compassionate Inquiry, Craniosacral therapy, or a combination of the two.

Using a combination of Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Gestalt Therapy, I hold a heart centred space to explore whatever you feel moved to bring.
I love to hold space for what is alive for my clients. I have a deep trust in the healing potential of bringing compassionate awareness to the different parts that emerge in daily life. My experience is that by having these parts witnessed and acknowledged they can be integrated into the whole. Through this process of loving integration, we can develop an empowered sense of self. From this position we can become more embodied and able to live our potential.
Navenna Goffer
The Biodynamic approach to craniosacral was influenced by Dr Sutherland’s later work and was passed on through a lineage of osteopaths. The term Biodynamic comes from embryology, pointing to the lasting presence of embryonic processes in each of us. There are two main ideas at its core: one speaks to the rhythmic contraction and expansion of the whole body as a fluid system; the second acknowledges the organizing intelligence that is expressed throughout the body’s system of balance and repair. Some of the principles that I appreciate as a practitioner pivot less about applying techniques to the body and more of being a passive observer to the body intelligence expressing itself. This ‘doing nothing’ can be counter-intuitive for many people, but I believe strongly in this spacious neutrality that facilitates the conditions for healing.

Henrietta Dobson
Henrietta Dobson Embodied Awakening is about living into Life, deepening into, and waking up as the full-bodied, spiritual beings that we are. This can build resilience in unpredictable times. We practice coming home to ourselves by turning our awareness towards our direct moment-to-moment experience and softening into the body. There is nothing to perfect and plenty to discover. Embodied Awakening becomes an effect of our practice rather than our goal. We explore through meditation, movement, enquiry, dialogue, revelation, witnessing and simply Being. I offer space to relax, digest, explore, connect, play, move, belong, integrate and relate. 07950918903 / henridobson@gmail.com

Reiki is the name of a healing system developed by Dr Mikao Usui, who lived in Japan in the 19th century.
In a session the recipient lies on a couch and there is no need to remove any clothing. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which covers most of the body.
Reiki energy goes to where it is needed. It balances, energises, soothes pain and discomfort. It supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki can be deeply relaxing and nourishing, enhancing feelings of well-being.

Sound Bowls, also known as Singing Bowls or Tibetan Bowls invoke healing through the sound vibrations they emit. The vibrations help to massage the cells and organs of the body, releasing energy blockages and allowing the body’s energy points known as chakras to re-open and align.
The vibrations also induce alpha waves in the brain helping one to feel grounded, calm and relaxed.
During a typical session the client will be invited to lay down on the floor with their eyes closed, having their awareness on the sounds and vibrations. I learnt and practiced Sound Bowl Healing in Nepal and I have been meditating regularly since 2015, a practice which I bring to my Sound Bowl Healing Sessions.
Lynne Parker
Lynne offers massage treatments based around the Traditional Swedish Massage System, which can also, depending on your individual needs, include elements of Indian Head Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi or Ayuvedic Yoga Massage.
Massage helps to lower stress levels in the body, allowing it to become more capable of healing itself. It can reduce muscle related tension and enhance the circulation of both blood and lymph. The touch increases your awareness of your body and can also help to induce slower, more beneficial, brain wave patterns.

Neurodynamic Craniosacral Therapy - The holistic healing effects of gentle touch stimulate the release of endorphins and neuropeptides. We are literally hard- wired for touch! Latest research also indicates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) removing cellular wastes via our glymphatic system increases during deep states of relaxation. This process of clearing unresolved issues from the brain and spinal cord directly influences our myofascial (connective tissue) network throughout our entire body. NCT is a stand-out non drug ' feel good' option enabling better health outcomes across a spectrum of dis-eases, particularly the increase of age-related inflammation. I have been a practitioner of Craniosacral/Bodywork at TNHC since 1990.kalivikaravi@gmail.com

Biodynamic Psychotherapy Biodynamic Psychotherapy uses non-verbal interventions alongside more traditional verbal ones. Relating with the physiological process of the body opens up new possibilities for insight, self-regulation and integration. As a therapeutic tool, the massage is not just a sequence of movements on flesh and bone. A body is somebody, and the massage is directed by the needs of the client, meeting them at whatever state they bring. The feeling of being met through gentle, safe and responsive touch can have a profound effect on the nervous system that can leave one feeling cleansed and quieted. marcwallach68@gmail.com
Peter Neumann
Medical Herbalist and Plant Spirit Medicine Practitioner. Diploma in Phytotherapy, Member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists since 2003
I look for underlying causes and patterns of illness, and help empower you as a client to give your wellbeing the attention it deserves. Seeing you as a whole person, unique in your interaction with your environment and circumstances, I take case histories and prescribe herbal remedies to support you. Where possible using herbs grown in the area, as they are simply deeper acting.
Locally I supervise a herb garden with volunteers, co-run a course called "Herbal Wisdom”, and teach in Somerset on a professional 6 year course.
Also offering healings in “Plant Spirit Medicine” after Eliot Cowan, I believe the plants hold a timeless wisdom in their relationship with us, and they wait for us to rekindle it.

Astrology. My name is Val and I have studied astrology since 1977. There is much more to astrology than what you may read in a magazine, this is 'Sun sign astrology' For a more accurate reading there is so much more to consider, like the time you were born, the place of your birth and where the Moon is in your chart along with all the other planets. Also what aspect were they making with each other when you decided to arrive on the planet. What is your rising sign? what house is your Sun in? what about Venus and Mars where are they in your chart? The answers to these questions actually mean something when reading a chart. If you book a chart reading could you please leave your date of birth, place and time of birth if you know it.

The practice of shamanic healing is a complementary, spirit led, non-invasive process that offers a doorway into profound healing, transformation and empowerment. This spirit led collaboration can allow a deep healing process to occur restoring imbalances within a person’s soul, spirit or energy body. The shamanic healing, I offer usually involves one of two things, either to clear the spirit of an illness or to retrieve power or a soul part. Further forms of shamanic healing I offer include: plant spirit healing, shamanic journeying, ancestral healing, shamanic counselling, energy balancing, grounding and cleansing healing methods, and trauma release. All these methods help to restore balance and harmony within a person bringing a sense of reconnection to one’s self and promoting the body’s regenerative self-healing ability to return to a place of wholeness. I have trained as a shamanic healer and practitioner with the shamanic school Northern Drum for nine years, which continues. I have also received training in massage, aromatherapy, spiritual healing, as a yoga teacher and as a R.G.N. I balance my healing practice with holding regular workshops on connecting to the healing energy of plants and co-facilitate on an accredited shamanic healing course, with the shamanic school: The Shamanic Healers Circle.
