I am a qualified person centred psycho spiritual counsellor offering long and short term therapy. I hold a space without judgement of deep listening, following each individual and their needs and taking the soul rather than the mind as a starting point of balance. I welcome whatever is brought, knowing that we are more than our personalities and problems. I see each persons potential and believe that we have within us the wisdom to make empowered choices through exploring and inquiring in to our direct experience. I believe that in every situation we have the possibility for growth.
