Tim is our Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) practitioner and a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Reflexologist, with over 20 years' experience in bodywork and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

His treatments draw on the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine, using a range of massage techniques and therapeutic approaches to help relieve pain, improve mobility, restore balance and support the body's natural healing processes. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're seeking help with a long-standing condition, recovering from injury or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing.

Tim's integrated understanding of acupuncture, reflexology and Tui Na enables him to take a holistic approach, treating the whole person rather than just individual symptoms.
