I offer 1:1 and group sessions, both online and in person. This therapy can offer you support through life transitions, times of uncertainty or challenge in a creative, safe and nurturing environment. Different creative mediums are used: collage, movement, poetry, storytelling, mediation, guided imagery, mandala, music and visualisation; no ‘artistic talent’ is required! Art therapy can support you to: build resilience, access resources of support and strength, tap into your own inner wisdom and guidance, reduce anxiety, manage life-crisis and transition, increase self-esteem, reconcile emotional conflicts, provide orientation, live into your full potential, connect to yourself in deeper and more meaningful ways, feel calmer and more resourced.
