Sam Plumb
Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath

Sam is our Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath practitioner. Sam trained extensively in the use of Tibetan Singing Bowls in Nepal in 2020 with Swami Bhakta at the Osho Divine Zone in Pokhara. He has been practising meditation since first visiting Nepal in 2018, a practice which he brings to his sessions.
Sound and vibration can be a powerful way to support deep relaxation and invoke healing. The vibrations induce alpha waves in the brain helping one to feel grounded, calm and relaxed. The bowls help to massage the cells and organs of the body, releasing energy blockages and allowing the body's energy points known as Chakras to open and align.
Sam individually tailors each session and starts with a short conversation on what is currently present in your life before guiding you through a grounding meditation. The experience offers a gentle journey inward and each session is unique. Clients have reported moments of realisation, journeying, lightness and deep relaxation.
