Shiatsu is a form of Japanese body work. Treatment involves the stimulation
of the same channels and points as acupuncture. It is one of the body's
natural self healing systems. Various techniques such as palming, finger
pressure and gentle stretches are used to promote well being. During a
treatment (1 hour) please wear comfortable clothing.
